WESTERN REGIONAL MANAGER Commercial Foodservice E&S and Supermarket/Retail/Big Box

Our client is a Global Equipment Manufacturer that is a dominant fabricator and producer of material handling equipment fo the Food Service, They seek a strong and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to develop and grow sales with customers on all levels, Desired candidates must be self-sufficient and able to work independently in a hands-on environment and possess excellent follow up, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, call on and convert new - emerging accounts successfully to company products and services.
  • Utilize solution sales techniques to penetrate and grow business with large and complex customers
  • Coordinate major contracts with key accounts to ensure conformance with division and sales department guidelines.
  • Coordinate, develop and present formal sales presentations to key and targeted accounts; participate in account local, regional and national shows – meetings as may be required.
  • Forecast key account sales trends and product requirements on an annual basis.
  • Maintain appropriate pricing and execution of price increases at key accounts
  • Work with finance as needed to help resolve and manage national account receivable and credit disputes

Qualifications and Experience

-BS Degree Preferred. -Retail industry experience required. Strong network and connections in this industry - Food Service experience is a plus -10+ years sales experience -Aggressive, accountable and open minded -Good solution selling ability, presentation and communication skills -Detail oriented with excellent follow up and communication skills -Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Social Media -Strong negotiator -Heavy travel required.

Base pay is $80-95K but MONTHLY commissions that could be as high as $10,000. Total compensation for the territory is $175K.
