We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Representative with strong skills in sales and customer service to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities within the assigned region.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers within the assigned region - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends - Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Attend trade shows and events to promote company products and services - Prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers - Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - At least 3 years of experience in sales and customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Willingness to travel within the assigned region
