Job Title: Contract Registered Nurse – Dialysis
Location: Helena, MT 59601
Job Type: Contract, Full-Time
Contract Details: 13 weeks
Shifts: 5x8-hour shifts per week
Compensation Package: $2500 Weekly
Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Dialysis to join our team on a contract basis. This position offers an opportunity to provide critical care to patients with kidney disease in a supportive and collaborative environment. If you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients undergoing dialysis treatments, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer dialysis treatments for patients with chronic kidney disease or kidney failure.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and response to dialysis before, during, and after treatment.
• Adjust dialysis treatment plans as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures and self-care practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and ensure thorough documentation of care.
Required Qualifications:
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana.
• Certification in Dialysis Nursing (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in dialysis nursing.
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to respond effectively in critical situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic healthcare team.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Desired Skills:
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of dialysis-related equipment and technology.
