Job Title: Contract Registered Nurse – MedSurg / Telemetry

Location: Concord, MA 01742

Job Type: Contract (13 weeks)

Shift: 3x12-hour Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Compensation Package:  $2650 Weekly

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg/Telemetry unit on a 13-week contract. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care, manage complex cases, and collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in the MedSurg/Telemetry unit, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide education on health conditions and post-discharge care to patients and families.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
• At least 2 years of experience in MedSurg/Telemetry nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
• Strong clinical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Desired Skills:

• Proficient in telemetry monitoring and interpretation.
• Skilled in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and wound care management.
• Strong patient and family education skills.
