Are you looking for new Regulatory Compliance Challenges? Make an impact in New Product Development?
Our client is a Growth OEM company that will quickly hire a Regulatory Compliance Engineer.

You will develop strategies with Engineering and Product Management teams to ensure compliance with all relevant agencies' regulations and standards.

Develop Regulatory Strategy: Work with ASTM, ANSI, EPA, DOE, UL, Intertek (ETL), NSF, AHRI, and ASHRAE.
Have Regulatory Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and support in regulatory compliance activities. Give support to Engineering, Quality, and R&D laboratories.
Compliance Management: Be a liaison between D.O.E standards and communicate them to Engineering teams. Ensure that all Company products meet applicable regulatory requirements and standards in North America. Be the subject matter expert on regulatory matters with government agencies and trade groups. Actively participate in committee meetings.
Regulatory Submissions: Prepare and submit regulatory filings, including applications, registrations, documentation, and notifications, to regulatory authorities.

To be immediately considered, please meet the following Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related discipline. Advanced degree a plus
Minimum of 7 -10 years of industry regulatory experience. HVAC, industrial or commercial refrigeration, or food processing equipment.

Base salary up to $120,000+ per annum based upon experience and leadership skill sets.
May have up to 4 direct/indirect reports,
Additional compensation types  Eligible for Bonus meeting KPIs and profit sharing.
