Lead a team of QA reliability engineers to provide delivery of electromechanical systems reliability projects for new product development and quality improvement programs. Guide the team in delivering test design, execution, and evaluation for ongoing safety and reliability products.
As a key organizational team leader, you will support team member development and contribute to shaping and executing the department’s long-term strategic plan.

This role is subject to a hybrid work model: collaborate in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The rest of the week, you have the flexibility to work wherever it suits you best.

Your new opportunity will guide the team in implementing rapid-designed reliability test methods in areas of hardware and firmware engineering. Provide skill development, mentoring, and training to laboratory technicians and reliability
engineers, develop yearly goals and individual development plans
Drive innovation of reliability methods and acquisition of new test equipment in alignment with the department’s overall 3-year strategy. Participate in design reviews across NPD programs,

hardware design for reliability experts, offering guidance, and review of designs.
Participate in 8D meetings as a steering committee member and provide root cause analysis and reporting to the team

To qualify: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related field. 10-15+ years of experience architecting, designing, implementing, and launching complex appliance systems, products, and solutions.
