SALES MANAGER -- FOODSERVICE EQUIPMENT NEW ENGLAND
Job Description
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our client's sales team in New England. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and management, with a strong understanding of the New England market and customer base.
You must have a strong background in commercial foodservice E&S and every aspect of the distribution channel, including dealers, reps, consultants, and chains.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the company's products and services meet the needs of Canadian customers
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring targets are met within allocated resources
Requirements:
- Minimum seven years of experience in sales, with at least three years in a management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of the Canadian market and customer base
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
