Senior Sales Executive – Foodservice Equipment

Overview
We are partnering with a growing, well-capitalized organization in the foodservice equipment and solutions space to identify an experienced sales professional who understands large-scale, complex foodservice environments. This role focuses on selling into arenas, stadiums, convention centers, theaters, and other high-volume entertainment venues across the U.S.
This is a high-impact, high-reward position designed for a salesperson who thrives in long sales cycles, understands project-driven selling, and is motivated by substantial commissions with realistic six-figure-plus earning potential.
The Opportunity

Long sales cycle with large deal sizes and uncapped commission structure

Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and close complex, project-based sales opportunities within large entertainment and public assembly venues
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including operators, consultants, architects, contractors, and ownership groups
Navigate extended sales cycles while maintaining a disciplined pipeline and forecast
Understand deal profitability, margins, and overall P&L impact to ensure sustainable, high-quality growth
Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, leadership) to deliver comprehensive solutions
Represent the company as a trusted advisor in highly visible, mission-critical environments
Ideal Candidate Profile
7–10 years of professional sales experience selling foodservice equipment or solutions into arenas, stadiums, convention centers, theaters, or similar venues
Proven success managing long, complex sales cycles with large-dollar transactions
Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of P&L, margins, and deal economics
Technical aptitude is a plus, but commercial and financial understanding is essential
Self-directed, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely with a national territory
Willing and able to travel as needed
Location & Travel
Fully remote role
Candidate must reside within reasonable proximity to a major airport
Relocation to Las Vegas is available
