The Sales Manager, National Accounts is responsible for driving revenue growth, retention, and profitability with largest and most complex customer relationships. This role manages national accounts that span multiple regions and locations, requiring a mix of strategic selling, contract management, and relationship leadership.
The Sales Manager, National Accounts acts as the trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders while ensuring flawless execution in partnership with internal teams. The role also involves working closely with the Key Accounts team to provide long-term customer support and leveraging culinary and operational expertise to deliver a consistently premium customer experience.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally with national customer brands.
- Proven track record of driving multi-million-dollar sales growth in complex accounts.
- Strong background in contract negotiation, margin management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Experience collaborating with culinary, operations, and service teams to support customer success.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), pipeline management, and forecasting.
