Reports to: Director of Bid/Contract – Multi-Unit

- Install and Service Manager
- 2x Service Technicians
- 2x Install Technicians
- Estimator
Job Description: The Sales/Operations Manager – Foodservice Chains will lead a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to the growth and development of restaurant chains. This role involves managing and expanding relationships with franchisees by addressing their ongoing equipment and supply needs, responding to new RFPs, launching new products, overseeing store renovations and retrofits, and driving new equipment initiatives, including automation, drive-thru operations, and POS systems.
Mission: Deliver legendary service to all franchise partners. New team members will be “catching the wave” and contributing to the growth of an exciting new brand.
Must-Haves:
- Proficiency with Auto Quotes
- Experience with Project Management Software
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience with CRM systems
- Proven experience in Foodservice Restaurant Project Management
- Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on interactive, developmental mentoring
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to spot trends
- Experience with S.W.O.T. analysis and developing a 6-12-18 month vision
Nice-to-Haves:
- Ideally based in Cincinnati or Indianapolis, but remote candidates will also be considered.
