Ideally two-step channel background in commercial foodservice E&S is ideal! Develops the overall strategies, objectives, processes, and programs for sales, marketing, product management, customer service, technical support, and distribution operations in support of corporate objectives. Maintains and constantly improves the organization's competitive position toward achieving market share growth.
KPIs for all sales, share growth, customer satisfaction, leads, team coaching, managing, and developing. HIGHLY strategic.
