SENIOR eCOMMERCE MANAGER--STELLAR OPPORTUNITY!

The Sr. eCommerce Manager is responsible for managing the existing customer eCommerce platform and any new eCommerce platforms to promote profitable business growth. This includes increasing visitors, improving conversion rates, growing topline sales, capturing larger average order sizes, managing margin performance, and monitoring and reporting on performance analytics. As a member of the marketing team, the Sr. eCommerce Manager will be responsible for driving traffic and sales through the site by directing site content, managing SEO and PPC, coordinating marketing campaigns and promotions. This position will be responsible for all aspects of the eCommerce site and will work directly with the Director of Marketing to establish a plan and budget to promote eCommerce growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Develop the eCommerce strategic plan and metrics to drive traffic and support profitable sales growth through the (myboelter.com) website.
Develop a strategic plan to scale the customer portal eCommerce (goboelter.com) website for existing customers to ensure an excellent user experience while reducing strain on internal resources.
Measure and drive ROI on eCommerce initiatives, campaigns, and spend.
Own the site content and user experience.
Implement SEO and PPC strategy. Analyze and make recommendations based on analysis.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop site content, emails, social posts, advertising, and other promotions to increase traffic and conversions.
Constantly audit the site and report on UX, traffic, the effectiveness of campaigns and other relevant metrics. Make recommendations for changes to improve metrics and ultimately sales through the site.
Regularly hypothesize and test user flows, content and copy to grow user engagement, conversion, and average order size.
Manage external agencies and internal resources as needed to support eCommerce.
Drive Traffic - Develop and execute a strategy for SEO, paid advertising, marketing campaigns and promotions to drive traffic to the public eCommerce website. Manage external agencies as needed.
Increase Conversions – Responsible for driving conversions across the site and meeting revenue goals for eCommerce channel.
User Experience - Manage, analyze, test, and improve all aspects of UX to grow user engagement and conversion. Translate the Boelter brand promise to our online customers. Maintain and deepen customer relationships.
Measure and Report - Use appropriate data to measure performance and conversions. Report KPIs to the Executive Team including strategy and testing for continued improvements.
Provide Thought Leadership - Help educate the company to raise the overall eCommerce IQ. Work with leadership on channel strategy to effectively support eCommerce and traditional sales channels.
Identify Business Opportunities - Identify customer needs and business opportunities within the eCommerce channel for continued growth.
Partner with Operations - Ensure effective processing and fulfillment of sales from eCommerce sites by working closely with operations for a seamless user experience from product selection to delivery.
Maintain Marketing eCommerce budget – Manage paid advertising strategy to successfully meet eCommerce metrics while staying within budget.


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related subject
Must have at least 4 years of experience managing B2C eCommerce websites including responsibility for conversions and user experience
Proven ability to manage an eCommerce website and successfully grow sales
Knowledge of web development, sales, search, content, SEO, Google Ads, and analytic tools. Magento experience strongly preferred
Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills and a demonstrated ability to conduct analysis, draw conclusions and drive action based on multiple sources of data
Thorough understanding of Google Analytics
Proven ability to understand consumer behaviors
Marketing writing skills that drive conversions preferred
Must be resourceful, team oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, be a proven self-starter and able to work independently
Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility in a constantly changing environment
