Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ASC Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our surgery center. The ASC Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the facility, including financial performance, regulatory compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and staff management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the ASC, including daily operations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Develop and manage the surgery center budget, ensuring financial performance goals are met
- Oversee billing and collections processes to ensure accuracy and timely payments
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and accreditation standards
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
- RN with experience in the OR
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in ASC management and operations
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, reimbursement, and accreditation standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage staff and develop effective teams
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives is a plus
