Job Responsibilities:

As the RN Surgery Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our surgical services department. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and supervising all aspects of surgical services, including the operating room (OR) and ambulatory surgery center (ASC).

- Ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies.

- Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and surgical outcomes.

- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

- Leading and mentoring a diverse team of nurses, technicians, and support staff to provide exceptional patient care.

- Monitoring quality metrics and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

- Participating in budget planning and financial management for the surgical services department.


To be considered for the role of RN Surgery Administrator, you must meet the following qualifications:

- BSN, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.

- Minimum of 3 years of top administrative experience working in surgical services, with a strong background in both OR and ASC settings.

- Demonstrated experience in surgical operations management and staff supervision.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards related to surgical services.

- Proven ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

- Proficiency in budget planning and financial management.
