Here is what you will be doing in your new job:
Follow-up with customers, which includes technical support and problem resolution. Work closely with customers to ensure all quality concerns and technical issues are addressed and brought to a successful resolution. Provide customer support for service & warranty. Make sure customers are happy with the final results.
Provide installation, technical information, and customer support clients.
Able to demonstrate some working knowledge of hood ventilation.
Seek customer feedback to determine levels of satisfaction and additional needs.
Keep records of customer resolutions and quality issues
Strong customer service skills including the ability to communicate with customers and strong attention to detail and follow-up
Problem-solving skills and ability to manage many tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication
Have a "can-do" attitude and results focused orientation
Proficient computer skills including use of email, calendar, etc. to manage daily workflow
Have an understanding of SalesForce '17 (or other CRM), Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
