Technical Service Representative
Job Description
Technical Service Representative Reports to Director of Technical Service. On-the-job training on all equipment, understand equipment assembly.
Here is what you will do:
Use your technical abilities and social skills to provide high-quality technical support to our valued customers. Main duties are answering phone calls from service agents, equipment dealers, and end users, providing real-time troubleshooting and analysis to resolve issues from the field
Advise regarding replacement parts identification, and inventory and returns management. Read electrical and piping schematics, bills of material, and electromechanical spec sheets and diagrams.
Be a part of a 5-person technical service team answering technical questions received from the telephone call queue, website, and email system
Documenting all calls in the ERP system so the recorded information may be used for future analysis. Create process return authorizations in the ERP system
Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, HVAC or appliances, electronic or gambling equipment. Bilingual (Spanish) would be a plus, not a requirement.
