Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the retail refrigeration market.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in retail refrigeration sales.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the Southeast market.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
