Vice President of Business Development- Convenience Stores
Job Description
- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key convenience store chains and distributors.
- Leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals to ensure peak performance.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborating with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to optimize product offerings and promotions.
- Managing sales budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the convenience store or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of the convenience store market and industry dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
