Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales for our North American operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth across the region. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the North American sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
