Vice President of Sales- BUYING GROUPS
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence and proven track record within the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM), Foodservice Equipment Distributors Association (FEDA), and various buying groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market presence within the foodservice equipment industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NAFEM, FEDA, and buying group partners.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and meet sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market insights.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the foodservice equipment industry.
- Strong network and presence within NAFEM, FEDA, and buying groups.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
