They will have a strong record of building high performance teams and outstanding relationships with internal and external customers. Requirements and Experience:

5+ years in Sales Management (Equipment Sales & Industry Related Experience is a Plus)

College Degree or Equivalent Experience

Extensive Consultative Sales Experience with a Proven Track Record of Success

Ability to Travel (Approximately 60 -75%)

Highly Self-Motivated, Results-Oriented, Strong Work Ethic & Effective Problem Solver

Strong Communication, Coaching & Leadership Skills

Ability to Build the Business & Manage Multi-level Client Relationships within Large and Chain Accounts

Ability to Create & Deploy Strong Business Development Plans & Programs

Ability to Hire, Train, Coach & Hold Accountable a Sales Team that Consistently Achieves Goal

Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills

Solid Computer Aptitude with CRM & Microsoft Office Proficiency
