EVP/PRESIDENT FOODSERVICE EQUIPMENT DEALER
Our client is a reputable wholesale dealer specializing in commercial food service equipment and supplies in Southern Wisconsin/Northern Illinois. Job Description: We seek a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as the President of our client. The President will oversee all aspects of the business operations, drive growth, and maintain the company's reputation as a trusted supplier in the commercial foodservice industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth. Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate the team towards common goals.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes and improve productivity.
- Sales and Marketing: Lead sales and marketing efforts to expand the customer base and increase market share. Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
- Financial Management: Manage the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor employees to build a high-performing team. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement effective risk management strategies to protect the company's assets and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably within the commercial foodservice or wholesale distribution industry.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, and sales leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Solid understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
