Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities
• Consult with and advise customers on compressed air equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs
• Document work performed using designated forms and submit reports to appropriate business units in a timely manner
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Parts and Sales Departments, to facilitate service to customers
• Perform other tasks as needed or assigned

Field Service Technician Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Driver's License with a clear Motor Vehicle Record
• 2+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience
• Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Keen attention to detail
• 1+ years of compressed air system maintenance experience preferred
• 1+ years of refrigeration equipment maintenance experience preferred
• EPA Section 608 Technician (Universal Refrigerant) Certification preferred
• ASSE 6040 (Medical Gas Maintenance Personnel) Certification preferred
