Job Summary:

• The Psychiatrist will lead a Coordinator of Behavioral Heath as well as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, in the delivery of high-quality, accessible, patient-centered mental and behavioral health services within a Primary Care setting.
• Additionally, this role will lead the strategic planning for the department; uphold quality standards; hold accountability for attainment of budget goals; participate in the recruitment and retention of team members; ensure clinical competency of the behavioral health team; and implement improvement initiatives and innovations including integration with primary care.
  
  Qualified Candidates:

• Psychiatrist licensed in the State of Georgia
• A minimum of five years of experience in a community health center or county mental health setting is preferred.
• At least three years of leadership role in a clinical setting is preferred.
