Chain Account Sales Representative - Commercial Foodservice Equipment and Supplies
We have an excellent opportunity for a Chain Account Sales Representative with a well-established Commercial Foodservice Equipment and Supply Dealer/Distributor, we are seeking an innovative and driven individual to pioneer the Chain Account Sales division. This dynamic role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development and chain account management within the commercial foodservice industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding presence in the chain account segment.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and target potential chain account clients for product offerings.
- Develop and execute strategies to secure new business relationships and partnerships.
- Establish a pipeline of opportunities and lead the expansion into new markets.
- Strategic Planning:
- Formulate a comprehensive plan for entering and dominating the chain account segment.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to set ambitious but achievable targets for business growth.
- Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in potential chain account clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet the unique needs of chain account partners.
- Function as the ambassador in fostering long-term partnerships.
- Sales Execution:
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure partnerships.
- Drive the negotiation process and finalize agreements with chain account clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new chain account partners.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the chain account business.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team to refine strategies and tactics.
- Reporting and Evaluation:
- Implement tracking mechanisms to measure the success and impact of the chain account sales efforts.
- Prepare regular reports evaluating the performance of the pioneer program and recommend adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development and chain account sales within the commercial foodservice equipment and supply industry.
- Visionary mindset with the ability to pioneer new initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
