This is an exciting RN Manager Float Pool opportunity in their state-of-the-art facility in a desirable Southern California community.

• The RN Manager Float Pool is part of a team of collaborative peer nurse managers within this 400-bed facility. Reporting to the Nursing Director you will have responsibility for the day-to-day operations for the day shift in the delivery patient services in the department assigned. You will lead the unit team in navigating the daily oversight, and evaluation of the overall continuum of patient care.
