Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Development to join our team in the USA. The ideal candidate will have experience in Foodservice and business development, paper and disposables, sustainable products, corporate accounts, and hotels. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our business and increase revenue.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the business and increase revenue - Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients - Manage and grow existing client accounts - Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies - Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and trade organizations - Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 7+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the Foodservice industry - Strong knowledge of paper and disposables, sustainable products, corporate accounts, and hotels - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong leadership and management skills
