Job Description
Our client is in IMMEDIATE NEED of a true pro in the beer dispensing systems. Work in South LA/Northern Orange Country area, ideally Santa Ana.
Job description but not limited to:
- Fielding incoming calls
- Schedule and Manage Installations
- Quotes for both Perlick and Quick Chill
- Invoicing for Quick chill sales
- Create relationships with beer line cleaners, beer installers, and draft beer distributors
- Coordinate Line run measurements and system start-ups
- Maintaining Positive relationships with Factories and Co-workers
- Organize and Manage Job Files
- Enter and follow up on orders with manufacturer’s
- Maintain and update the customer Data Base
- Manage Beer Dispensing customer Payables and Account Receivables
- Identify and recommend product alternatives
- Process customer warranty claims and RMA’s
- Support Outside Sales
