Job Description
• Full-time Inside role, no traveling, great work-home balance.
• Onsite - first shift.
• Salary range $55,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience)
Assist in troubleshooting over the telephone, video calls, emails or texts.
Have strong follow-up and communication skills. Have a background in electromechanical parts and components, some tubing or plumbing, etc.
Assist in sending out replacement parts to dealers, suppliers, third-party agencies, or direct to customers.
Work with an ERP System such as Microsoft Dynamics.
