NATIONAL SALES MANAGER- BAKERY EQUIPMENT

We are seeking a skilled National Sales Manager with experience selling donut equipment or related products to the bakery market, foodservice and amusement parks. The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the eastern region of the USA, including sales and marketing efforts, customer relationships, and overall business operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of the foodservice and amusement park industries.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the Eastern region
- Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Eastern region, including staffing, budgeting, and financial performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve company-wide goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to inform business decisions
- Travel within the Eastern region to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and oversee operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the bakery market, foodservice, and amusement park industries
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business goals
- Ability to travel frequently within the Eastern region
- Experience managing a team and overseeing operations
