Job Description


Are you a dynamic sales professional looking to make a positive impact while building strong relationships with customers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Sales Executive who thrives on closing deals, developing new accounts, and ensuring repeat business from existing customers.

Sales Executive Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Manage a sales territory for all service offerings, including HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical services, ensuring comprehensive coverage and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and pursue business development opportunities to open new accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to estimate projects and PM agreements.
  • Demonstrate genuine empathy for customers and a willingness to assist, fostering long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

Sales Executive Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically selling to commercial, industrial, and manufacturing building owners.
  • Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical fields is essential and highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
  • Goal oriented self-starter with energetic personality and positive attitude.
  • Possess genuine empathy for customers and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
