Vice President of Sales - Smallwares

REMOTE, Ideally West Coast

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to develop and lead our dealer-client's smallwares sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our sales efforts in the Smallwares market. If you also have contract and project experience, all the better!

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Lead, motivate and manage the Smallwares sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and vendors
- Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the company's Smallwares product line
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance to senior management
- Travel as necessary to meet with customers and attend industry events

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
- 10+ years of sales experience in the Smallwares market, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market data and identify trends and opportunities
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with customers and attend industry events
